Resident Evil Veronica Platforms

Capcom has formally announced Resident Evil Veronica for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via Steam. Official product pages are currently live across each digital storefront, allowing players to add the game to their wishlists ahead of launch.

The PlayStation listing currently shows offline single-player, DualSense vibration and trigger support, PS5 Pro enhancement and Game Help. The Xbox listing shows single-player, cloud saves, achievements, 4K Ultra HD and Series X|S optimization; these flags do not confirm a 4K or 60 FPS target. The Nintendo listing confirms a digital Switch 2 version with one local player and TV, tabletop and handheld modes.

On August 4, 2026, the official Resident Evil account reported two million wishlists for Resident Evil Veronica. Wishlist interest is not the same as sales, preorders or a release-date commitment.

Metadata across platforms still contains temporary discrepancies. The Xbox listing shows a Mature 17+ badge and content descriptors while simultaneously noting that the title is not yet rated, leaving final age certification unresolved. Steam hardware requirements also remain listed as to be determined.

Capcom has not announced releases for older-generation consoles, cloud gaming services or subscription libraries. Physical editions, cross-save, regional timing, performance modes, target resolution and frame-rate details remain unconfirmed across the four platforms.
